These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Barterway mobile application and related services ('Services') provided by Barterway, a startup tech company registered in Nigeria. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Barterway app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Use of Services

1. 2.1 Trade by Barter: Barterway facilitates trade by barter among its users. Users can exchange goods and services with one another using the app.
2. 2.2 BarterwayCoins (BWC): Users can use BarterwayCoins (BWC) to facilitate trade within the app. BWC can also be sent from one user to another user.
3. 2.3 BarterwayPoints (BWP): Users can earn BarterwayPoints (BWP) through daily logins and referrals. BWP can be used within the app for various benefits and privileges.
4. 2.4 Bartbox: Barterway offers a feature called Bartbox, where Barterway handles trade on behalf of the user. Users can specify their trade preferences and let Barterway assist in finding suitable trade partners.
5. 2.5 Barterstore: Users can access the Barterstore within the app, allowing them to purchase items from various Barterway merchants using the virtual currency or other agreed-upon terms.
6. 2.6 Barterwish: Barterway provides a feature called Barterwish, where users can post comments about items they wish to barter or engage in general discussions related to bartering.
7. 2.7 Chats: Users can engage in private chats within the app to negotiate and agree on the terms of their barter transactions.

User Responsibilities

1. 3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide on Barterway, including item descriptions, contact information, and any other content you submit
2. 3.2 Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using Barterway. Any harassment, abuse, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.

Privacy and Data Security

1. 4.1 Barterway values your privacy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

1. 5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Barterway app and its content are owned by GAM TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS. Users are not permitted to use our content, trademarks, or logos without our prior written consent.

Termination

1. 6.1 Barterway reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

1. 7.1 Barterway may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
